What we do

Everything a UK company needs, in one place.

Four services, one team. Choose the one you need, or let us handle all of it.

How we work

One team from incorporation to your last filing.

You tell us what your business does. We handle every step a UK company needs, in your language.

  1. Register your company

We set up your limited company and look after its first filings.

    • Company name and structure agreed with you
    • Incorporation with Companies House
    • HMRC registrations for tax and, where needed, VAT
  2. Keep your books

Your income and expenses recorded properly, all year round.

    • QuickBooks Online set up and connected to your bank
    • Multi-currency transactions and platform payouts reconciled
    • A monthly view of how the business is doing
  3. Prepare your tax

Year-end figures turned into the returns the law requires.

    • Annual accounts for Companies House
    • Corporation Tax computation and CT600 return
    • VAT returns submitted under Making Tax Digital (MTD), where your company is VAT-registered
  4. File and stay on time

    We submit; you stay compliant.

    • Filing with HMRC and Companies House on your behalf
    • Deadline calendar with reminders ahead of each date
    • Annual confirmation statement filed

Compliance

Compliant all year, not only on filing day.

UK rules change and deadlines do not move. We keep your company in good standing and your records ready for HMRC.

  • Ongoing compliance

We track every deadline for your company and file on time: annual accounts, Corporation Tax, confirmation statements and more.

  • Making Tax Digital (MTD)

We support MTD compliance: your records are kept in MTD-compliant software, so your VAT reporting meets HMRC's digital rules.

  • VAT returns

We prepare and submit your VAT returns to HMRC, in step with your bookkeeping.

FAQ

What people usually ask us.

Can I run a UK company if I do not live in the UK?

Many of our clients do not live in the UK. Your personal tax position depends on the country where you live, so we start with a short call to understand your situation and flag what to check in your country of residence before you register.

What exactly do you do?

We register your company, keep your books, prepare your periodic returns and file them with HMRC and Companies House. You approve; we submit.

What do I need to provide to get started?

A valid ID document and a proof of address (such as a utility bill) for each director and shareholder, and a description of what the company will do. As UK anti-money-laundering rules require, we verify the identity of everyone involved before we start.

Which software do you use?

QuickBooks Online is our standard. For larger businesses we also work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In which languages can I get support?

English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Hebrew. HMRC and Companies House forms are in English; we explain everything in your language.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what your company does: the number of transactions, currencies, VAT and payroll. Tell us about your business and we will send a clear written quote.

Tell us what you do. We will tell you what it takes.

Send a few lines about your business and the country where you live, and we will reply.
