Digital nomads

Move around. Your UK company stays in order.

A UK company can run from anywhere with an internet connection, as long as the paperwork keeps up. We register it, keep the books and file what the law requires, all online, so your location never slows the company down.

FAQ

What people usually ask us.

Can I run a UK company while travelling?

Yes. The filings and accounts are all online, so the company can be run from any country. What changes from place to place is your personal position, which is why we start with a short call.

Does a UK company make me a UK tax resident?

No. The company is UK tax resident because it is incorporated in the UK, but that is separate from you personally. Where you are personally tax resident depends on the rules of the countries involved, and where the company is managed from can raise questions in your country. We flag these before you register.

What happens when I move to another country?

The company's UK filings stay the same and we keep filing them. What may change is your personal situation in the new country, so tell us when you move and we will flag what to check.

Tell us what you do. We will tell you what it takes.

Send a few lines about your business and the country where you live, and we will reply.
